Who We Are
Miller Chandler, CCIM
Miller Chandler, CCIM is a Director with Lee & Associates Nashville, specializing in retail commercial real estate across Middle Tennessee, with a focus on landlord representation, leasing strategy, and investment advisory. He began his career managing a commercial property portfolio in Springfield, Tennessee, later becoming Managing Partner, and brings an ownership-minded approach to every assignment.
As part of The Retail Team (TRT) at Lee Nashville, he works with both landlords and tenants on retail leasing, site selection, and investment sales. Miller is an Executive Board Member of the Middle Tennessee CCIM Chapter and a Board Member with Gilda’s Club Middle Tennessee, and is an active member of ICSC, the Nashville Downtown Partnership, the Robertson County Chamber of Commerce, and the Bellevue Harpeth Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Miller built over 25 years of experience as an exercise physiologist. He lives in the Bellevue area of Nashville with his wife and family.
Meagan Glazier
Meagan Glazier is an Associate at Lee & Associates Nashville, where she specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing, with a strong emphasis on Retail. She brings a robust background in investment acquisitions and asset optimization, having represented both institutional and private investors throughout her career.
Meagan began her real estate career in Southern California at Lee & Associates’ San Diego office. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in real estate and finance from the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business and the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, an academic foundation that equips her to help clients optimize asset performance and drive long-term value.
In November 2024, Meagan joined the Nashville office, bringing experience across multiple asset classes, with deep expertise in retail. She co-leads The Retail Team at Lee & Associates Nashville, where she focuses on landlord and tenant representation, acquisitions, investment sales, and strategic retail growth initiatives. Known for her thoughtful, data-driven approach, Meagan leverages market insight and financial analysis to guide clients in making confident, growth-oriented decisions.
She is dedicated to delivering results with integrity, professionalism, and a high level of personal service, tailoring every engagement to align with her clients’ unique goals and vision.
